What should i eat prior to my fitness test?

What should i eat prior to my fitness test?

Tomorrow i have a police fitness test, (beep test) and i was wondering what should i eat today and early tomorrow morning?

plus should i eat jelly babies/high energy lollies 20 mins before the test?
