Auf der Suche nach Abenteuern oder der Drang, eine Persona zu entwickeln.
Du willst etwas sein… unbedingt… du glaubst, wenn du das bist, hast du dein Glück, deine Zufriedenheit erreicht. Was treibt dich an? Wie nennst du deine Wünsche, deine Gelüste, deine Befriedigungen? Sex? Anerkennung? Von wem möchtest du Bestätigung? Wer ist deine höchste Autorität? Deine Frau? Dein Mann? Das Volk? Gott?
Wenn Gott aber nur in deinem Inneren zu finden ist, was alle Mystiker bestätigen, dann sollte die höchste Autorität, die dir Anerkennung schenken kann, in dir selbst liegen. Die Zufriedenheit und mit ihr das Glück kann logischer Weise nur durch Selbstakzeptanz erreicht werden. Alle anderen, auf das Außen bezogenen Versuche dauerhaftes Glück erreichen zu wollen müssen scheitern. Kein Gott im Himmel kann dich glücklich machen, nur das Göttliche in dir.
Aus dieser Sicht ist der Versuch, etwas zu sein, etwas Besonderes zu tun oder werden zu wollen eine Ablenkung vom göttlichen Wesenskern. Wenn aber alles von Gott kommt, und daran besteht aus mystischer Sicht kein Zweifel, dann auch das, was dich ablenkt. Schließlich entdeckst du, wie hilfreich der Wahn (die Illusionen) sind, ein wirkliches Leben (Alltag) zu leben. Das Ego lebt dieses Leben. Und wenn es erkennt, dass es „Gottes Sohn“ ist, freut es sich über seine Existenz und darüber, im Alltag zur Erlösung aus der Leidensgeschichte (des Egos) bei sich selbst und Freunden beitragen zu können.
