Answer by Nb
F=the frequency that the person hear.
f=the car stationary frequency

if the person is in front of the stationary car:
F=(V(sound)+v(person)/V(sound)-v(car))f
and if the person is behind the car:
F=(V(sound)-V(person)/V(sound)+v(car))f
Just put the numbers in these formulas
